Sorry we do not accept pets.
We do accept registered guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs as per The Equality Act 2010. 

Child Policy:

We are able to accommodate children aged 8 & above. A parent or guardian 18 years+ must be present with children at all times. 

Group Bookings:

Sorry we do not accept group bookings or 3rd party bookings at Little Orchard. All rooms must be booked and paid for directly by guests who are staying with us.

In order to book a room at the Little Orchard, you must be 25 years old +. 

FIRE SAFETY ADVISORY:

Little Orchard® B&B is a non-smoking accommodation with designated smoking areas located outside the house.

Kindly be advised that smoking inside the premises, burning candles, joss sticks/incense etc. is not permitted at any time. ​

Facilities:
Rooms have televisions, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, wash basins, towels, hair dryers, robes for use during your stay, hand soap/moisturizer and are centrally heated.

​Available upon request:

Iron & ironing board, hot water bottle, non slip shower/bath mats, shower stool.​

Check in/out times:

Check in time: By arrangement, 3pm until 9pm

Late check-in request available until 10pm at a charge of £10 per room) - prior notice required and subject to availability

All walk-in and same day booking guests must provide photographic identification on arrival regardless of their nationality.

Check out time: 10:30am

Parking Facilities:

Little Orchard® has a 6 car, off-road car park.

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Regular sized vehicles only (no lorries, coaches or caravans)

Additional parking is available on Ashwell Lane

Vehicle and any possessions left in a vehicle are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

Minimum Stay Requirements

Minimum 2 night stay required for all weekend bookings.

*Please note it is not possible to split 2 nights between different guests or change rooms after the 1st night as this would constitute 2 separate bookings.

4 night minimum stay required for Glastonbury Festival, Beltane & Goddess Conference.

Maximum Stay Length:

We offer short term Bed & Breakfast accommodation for a maximum of 14 nights.

​Use of premises:

Little Orchard® B&B premises and facilities are for exclusive use of registered guests only. Substitutions of registered guests for confirmed bookings is not permitted.

Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19 guests must meet with their friends and family not staying at Little Orchard at a location outside the B&B.

3rd Party Bookings:

3rd party bookings are not accepted. All bookings are for exclusive use of the registered guest(s), are non-transferrable and the sub-letting of rooms is not permitted at any time.

If you wish to make a booking for someone, please have the guest(s) contact us directly to make their own booking arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings are non-transferable. Reservations cannot be guaranteed without pre-payment or receipt of an agreed deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable.  Full payment at time of booking is required for all single night bookings and special events.

Cancellations will be charged as follows:​

If the booking is cancelled before 21:00, 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is the first night stay

If the booking is cancelled less than 2 day(s) before check-in the charge is 100% of total

If you have a travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges should your reason for cancellation fall within your insurer's allowed criteria.

Accessibility:

All rooms are located on the 1st floor up one flight of 12 stairs.

Non-slip bath and shower mats available along with a shower stool.
